Effects of Incivility and Coping Experienced by Nursing Students in Clinical Practice on Caring Efficacy
Lee Chong-Mi

Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of experienced nursing students' incivility and coping in clinical practice on caring efficacy. This study is a descriptive research study.

Methods: The subjects of this study were 234 students in 4th grade attending C and G nursing departments. The data were collected through self-report questionnaires from 15th to 30th November 2019 and analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program.
Results: The results of this study showed that the correlation between the three variables was statistically significant. The main variables explaining the caring efficacy of nursing students were incivility and avoiding focused coping. These variables have total explanatory power of 41.6% on caring efficacy.

Conclusion: Nursing colleges need to develop various practical educational strategies and programs so that nursing students can reduce the incivility they experience through clinical practice and adequately cope with the incivility. In addition, it is necessary to improve practical education and practice environments to increase the caring efficacy of nursing students.
